Updates from the OLEAF4VALUE project

Also related to the OLEAF4VALUE project, the University of Florence presented the thesis of Dr Chiara De Stefani on the preparation of microemulsions to deliver Oleanolic acid and triterpenoids extract at the XXX Congresso Nazionale di Fitoterapia Siena, 20-22 may 2022. The study has yielded a significant increase in the solubility and permeability of these compounds and evaluated the in vitro activity of formulations on the RAW 264.7 cell line. The study will be presented as a poster and it will participate in the Monti Prize at the same congress, which will be awarded to the best study presented by an author under 35 during the congress.
