Bioeconomy Pitching, Matchmaking and Networking (4 October 2022)
The Canadian Trade Commissioner Service and the Canadian Council of Forest Ministers are partnering with BioeconomyVentures to organize this Pitching, Matchmaking and networking workshop on October 4 (9.30-18.30 CET).
The event will serve to create new partnerships for the further development of innovative, cross-border and cross-sectoral industrial value chains in the bioeconomy.
The Spanish and Canadian markets are promoting bioeconomy strategies at national and regional level. The whole forestry value chain (obtaining and processing of wood activities, cork, resin, pulp and paper), as well as to the bioenergy and other bioproducts subsectors are triggers for economic development and have a great potential for generating added value.
The event will be an opportunity for businesses, research organizations, and academia to come together to showcase their technologies and meet world-class innovators and investors.
The workshop will gather investors, SMEs, start-ups, large companies, research organizations, technology providers; and organizations offering innovation services such as access to finance, application testing, feedstock analysis, life cycle assessment and social acceptance.
